You have just purchased a liquor store and it is your job to make some changes in advertisement and come up with new ideas to bring people in. Without a creative mind, this could be challenging. But just a few new ideas could elevate the store to a new level, and your all-in-one printer will be there to help along the way. Having multiple functions in one machine will save you space and time as well as money that otherwise would have to be spend hiring outside people.
Make up some flyers for the store, complete with inventory lists, wine tastings and special events or sales. Tell the people your location and the simple changes you have made that set your store apart from the 20 other liquor stores in the county. Inform them if perhaps you have a wide wine selection, or various seasonal beers- things that they cannot get anywhere else.
When you hire new people, use the copier to make duplicates of their license and paperwork needed for payroll. If there are discrepancies, use the copier to make physical proof, rather than just proof on computer software that could easily be changed.
All of the invoices and orders that you receive or send will need a back up copy to the hard copy. Scan each of these documents and load them into a file on your computer. That way if something horrible like a fire or hurricane ever wipes out everything in the store, you have a file on your hard drive that shows undeniable proof of what was lost.
The fax machine.
Some people chose to place orders on the internet, but others prefer the old fashion fax machine. Fill out your purchase order using the product books provided by vendors and fax it over so they get a physical copy of exactly what you need.
