Inkjet printers can make gifts
Is it somebody’s birthday this weekend? Or is Christmas right around the bend? Right now, most of us are making ends meet, and can’t afford to spend our money on anything other than rent and bills. Well, if you are fortunate enough to have an inkjet printer, you have more options that you may realize.
You can do a calendar. Purchase special paper and high quality HP ink or Brother ink, and enlarge whatever images you want. Print the full page images as well as the calendar pages and put them in the order you choose. At this point, you either take your print outs down to Kinkos and have them construct a calendar, or you can buy the springs and make it yourself.
You can do a photo album. Buy a book at the dollar store, and come home and start printing pictures. Some inkjet units have a scanning feature so you can use old pictures from years ago. Most current models have high quality ink and special photo paper so printed photographs can last for up to 100 years. Why go to Walmart and pay to make the same quality photos you could make at home for a much lower price?
You can do a collage. Most major manufacturers provide various software programs with current inkjet printers. One of the more common applications is a collage builder. It allows you to choose the images and design, and creates a collage for you. If you have a wider format printer, you can make a poster size collage. Otherwise, you can make a book similar to a photo album, just with more disorganized organization.
There are many options for fun and original gifts you can concoct using your inkjet printer. The long lasting special paper products well as vivid and enduring printer ink provide realistic photographs. Capture moments and make gifts that remind the ones you love how much you care.
