It’s that time of year again. Neighbors are putting their best and worst on display to make a little bit of cash. They clear out their attics, basements, garages and barns in hopes to make some money on their knick knacks and old clothing. While having a great piece of furniture on the lawn may seem like the best way to get folks to your yard sale, there are better ways to advertise than that, and if you have an inkjet printer you will be able to get a lot of people to your yard sale easily.

It may not seem like an inkjet printer would be the key to your success but it really is. The reason is because inkjet printers will get people on the lawn to look at your treasures. First and foremost, you need to make flyers to hand out. On these flyers put the date, time and location of your upcoming sale. If you want to be really fancy, you could put a miniature map on the flyer too. You can have an arrow pointing out your house from a very well known location. Also, don’t forget to make the flyers a bright color so people take the time to read them and don’t lose them. You can hand these flyers out at work or church, and you can even leave them in places for people to pick up.

Now that it’s time for the sale, go ahead and make posters to hang up around town. You are going to need to make sure they are on some sort of bright paper so that people can see them from far away and also make the font very large and bold so it’s easy to read. This way people driving down the street will know where to go for an awesome sale. With an inkjet, you can make your yard sale a real money maker.
